Target Species: Poultry

Dosage and mode of administration:
(Based on age, weight, kind, severity of the infection)

Broilers and Pullets:
For the control and treatment of CRD: 50-200 mg tylosin per kg BW per day for 3-5 days 0.5 gram (500 ppm) tylosin per liter or one sachet of tylopharma® in 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
For the control and treatment of necrotic enteritis: 20-50 mg tylosin per kg BW per day for 5days. (Based on age, weight, kind and severity of the infection) 0.15 gram (150 ppm) per liter for 5 days.

Turkeys: 0.5 gram (500 ppm) tylosin per liter or one sachet of tylopharma® in 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days (Based on age, weight, kind and severity of the infection).
