Feed mixture of fish should deliver 10 mg florfenicol per kg of body weight for 10 consecutive days.

Route of administration :

A)Use to surface -coating: Mix a known quantity of florfenicol50% with amount of fish or vegetable oil and mix together for several minutes more to ensure uniform coating then add the florfenicol50% and oil mixture to the fish feed based on the below table.

B)For incorporation into feed pellets: The known quantity of florfenicol is mixed with feed. The mixture is extruded and pellets are dried. The pellets coated with predetermined amount of fish oil or vegetable oil.
