- DOSAGE &MODE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Calves: 10 -20mg Neomycin Sulfate per kg body weight equivalent to 1-2g of Neopharma 20% w.s.p per 20 kg body weight daily, for 3-5 days.
Poultry: 10 -30mg Neomycin Sulfate per kg body weight equivalent to 50-150g of Neopharma 20% w.s.p per 150-200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days..
